Does anyone know the laws about grade 5 manipulations and how and when they are indicated. I work in football, (UK), and it seems everyone who has done a 1 year course is doing them. Players now are more interested in getting their backs 'clicked' than anything else and always ask for it regardless of whether you think it is appropriate.

could anyone help with my Dx?

70 yr old man, 6 week h/o anterior thigh/ groin and around to front of knee pain. No injury sustained just came on gradually. Gets worse at night, gets up at least 3 times per night and has to walk around which eases pain.
Reports an episode (few days) of anterior thigh numbness which went with 1 session of acupuncture. No back pain reported. Reports a feeling that right leg could 'give way'.
