I've checked vacancies of NHS Trusts, however I haven't received any reply. Could you suggest me why???

i am a recently graduated third year UK physiotherapist and have emigration status through my partner for australia. we intend to emigrate in november 2006 and i hope to sit the march 2007 written exam, followed by the clinical exam.

my question is whether or not a newly graduated UK physiotherapist would be able to pass these exams? has anyone taken them recently and are they able to give an idea of the level of difficulty?

I am a German physiotherapist and I am interested to work in Australia / New Zealand. I was adviced to try to register in NZ as the process doesn´t take as long and because they don´t ask you to write an exam. I already got extensive information on the physioboard website of NZ.
Now, I am still wondering, if I have a realistic chance as I think that they are very restrictive and don´t accept many foreign programs. Thus, I would like to know what expects me.

I'm working as a physiotheraphist in India and I'm planning to get some jobs in USA. Can anyone tell me the procedures or exams that I have to take to work in USA.

I heard that we have to take TOFEL exam and get some Indian license before you come to USA. Later after you reach USA, you can start preparing the NPTE exam. Is this true?

I'm confused...please someone clarify.
