Does anyone know the laws about grade 5 manipulations and how and when they are indicated.  I work in football, (UK), and it seems everyone who has done a 1
year course is doing them.  Players now are more interested in getting their backs &#39;clicked&#39; than anything else and always ask for it regardless of
whether you think it is appropriate.
