In the current climate of the NHS where there are redundancies and Respiratory Physios being asked to provide evidence for what we do do you think there is a future for us? I think this is particularly pertinent in ITU where there is not a lot of evidence, many hospitals can't recruit Senior Physios into ITU and the post is lost. Is this happening outside the UK too? ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ hi.<br>i have a patient of pneumothorax with ICD in situ.<br>rt lung collepse is around 50-60%.<br>there is continuous bubbling in the ICD bag may be due to a leakage between pleura and airways.<br>when i gave her expiratory exercise air comes out of the drainage tube. but what next when she again breaths in deeply?<br>is there any chances of air being go inside pleural cavity again from lung(due to broncho-pleural fistula) or from the ICD?<br>im treating her since last 1 week, but still... ]]></description>
