70 yr old man, 6 week h/o anterior thigh/ groin and around to front of knee pain. No injury sustained just came on gradually. Gets worse at night, gets up at
least 3 times per night and has to walk around which eases pain.

Reports an episode (few days) of anterior thigh numbness which went with 1 session of acupuncture. No back pain reported. Reports a feeling that right leg

I recently went to Barb Hungerford's Level 1 Pelvis/Lumbar spine course - it was excellent, very practical and helpful.<br><br>Do you have any suggestions on beneficial courses esp re: manual therapy and lumbar spine/disc lesions (other than McKenzie). 			<description><![CDATA[ Hi,<br>I was wondering if anyone knew about treating limbus vertebrae.<br>I have a gentleman with right sided lower back pain with radiation down the lateral thigh to anterior knee. He is tender to mobilisation of L4-5 and palpation of piriformis. Pain is aggravated by right lateral flexion &gt; extension and with walking prolonged distances.
