Many PT associations around the world suggest charging more for insurance clients. This is to make up for the loss of income in relation to chasing up billing, gap fees, no payment etc etc. Unfortunately many physios do not appear not to follow this suggestion.

The question is simple: Do you feel physiotherapists should charge more for insurance clients as this reflects the time spent in processing and settling the billing associated with such clients?
