Physiotherapy diplomas, degrees, certificates etc vary widely around the world. Most courses are moving towards 4 years BSc degree courses for numerous reasons. These include creating a more global standard of education to ease the movement of key healthcare workers, improving the base level of education of physiotherapists in a developing country and also to facilite the move towards the title of "Doctor".

My question is: "With a general and welome move towards better and more thorough physiotherapy undergraduate training should the profession be supportive of fast track 2 year programmes?"
